�G.SorelSci��U� THIS FIRST AMENDMENT to the above -referenced agreement is entered into on this 17th day of
January 2023, by and between Nancy K. Bohl, Inc. a California corporation dba The Counseling
Team International ("Consultant"), and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal
corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California
("City").
RECITALS
A. The parties entered into an Agreement No. A-2022-189 dated October 4, 2022
("Agreement"), by which Consultant agreed to provide psychological evaluation and
counseling services. The Agreement runs through September 30, 2025 and is current and in
effect.
B. Consultant was one of three selected vendors approved to provide said services.
Compensation for each vendor was individually based on the selected vendor's services.
After approval of the Agreement, City became aware of past due invoices for services
rendered by the Consultant pursuant to agreement 4N-2019-127.
C. The parties now seek to amend the Agreement to increases the total compensation to
compensate Consultant for past services rendered to the City.
The Parties therefore agree:
Section 2.a., Compensation, is amended to increase the overall compensation by $6,145
for prior services rendered to the City under Agreement #N-2019-127. This amount
encompasses any and all amounts owed by the City for prior services under Agreement #N-
2019-127. The parties agree that once payment is made by the City for these prior services
that all services related to Agreement #N-2019-127 are paid in full.
2. Except as modified by this First Amendment, all other terms and conditions of
the Agreement, shall remain in full force and effect.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this First Amendment to the
Agreement on the date and year first written above.
