THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, COUNTY OF ORANGE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, GRANTED TO THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA PER GRANT DEED RECORDED FEBRUARY 8, 2000, AS INSTRUMENT
NUMBER 20000071167 OF OFFICIAL RECORDS OF SAID COUNTY, LOCATED IN PORTIONS OF
LOTS 11 AND 12 OF TRACT NO.2011, AS PER MAP RECORDED IN BOOK 57, PAGE 44 OF
MISCELLANEOUS MAPS, IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER OF SAID COUNTY,
INCLUDED WITHIN A STRIP OF LAND 20.00 FEET WIDE, THE EASTERLY LINE OF WHICH IS
