Pursuant to Section 3 ("Term") of the above referenced Agreement, entered into by the MDG
Associates, Inc. ("Consultant') and the City of Santa Ana ("City"), dated July 1, 2020, the City hereby
exercises its option to extend the Agreement for one (1) year period through June 30, 2024. All other
terns and conditions of the Agreement remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
