Re: Extension of Agreement A-2021-110-01 to Provide On -Call Environmental Review Services
Dear Ms. Hansen:
Pursuant to Agreement A-2021-110-01, entered by Rincon Consultants, Inc. and the City of Santa Ana,
dated August 1, 2021, Section 3 "Term," the City hereby grants the final optional renewal extending the
term of said Agreement for an additional one (1) year, through July 31, 2024. All other terms and conditions
of said Agreement remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
