Pursuant to Section 5 ("Term") of the above -referenced Lease Agreement, entered into by Greyhound
Lines, Inc., and the City of Santa Ana, dated February 1, 2022, the time period of the License
Agreement is hereby extended for an additional two (2) month period, from February 1, 2023 through
March 31, 2023. Any insurance certificates are required to be extended and/or renewed to cover this
extension. All other terms and conditions of the Lease Agreement remain unchanged and in full
force and effect.
