Pursuant to Section 1.3 ("Term") of the above -referenced License Agreement, entered into by
Greyhound Lines, Inc., and the City of Santa Ana, dated February 1, 2022, the time period of the
License Agreement is hereby extended for an additional sixty (60) day period, from April 1, 2023
through May 31, 2023. Any insurance certificates are required to be extended and/or renewed to
cover this extension. All other terms and conditions of the License Agreement remain unchanged
and in full force and effect.
