Subject: ITEM 3—Public Employee Performance Evaluation: City Manager
Over the past three years I have observed most of the City Council meetings and interacted with City
Staff on many occasions. The professional attitude the City has shown me is a direct result of the
leadership of the City Manager, Kristine Ridge.
In my humble opinion she has done and continues to do a very good job as the chief administrative
officer for the City. She is a valuable asset and I hope you all see that as well. She helped guide the
City through the COVID years, has provided oversight in the preparation of the annual budget,
provided oversight after previous budgets were adopted etc. Kristine clearly has the best interest of
the City in mind. She is the consummate professional, objective, knowledgeable of the issues our City
faces and aware of the laws and processes that must be followed.
Please show your support for her by providing a favorable evaluation. She earned it and deserves it.
