�) THIS FIRST AMENDMENT to the above -referenced agreement is entered into on May 15,
e� 2023, by and between Santa Ana Elks Lodge #794, and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and
municipal corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of
o California ("City").

r• RECITALS
A. The parties entered into Agreement No. N-2023-099 ("Agreement") dated May 3, 2023, to
retain a venue for the City's Public Works Agency's Worker Bees Event ("Event") on May
24, 2023.
B. The Agreement is in full force and effect through May 24, 2023, after the Event.
C. The parties now wish to amend the Agreement to increase the compensation under the
Agreement for donuts and coffee to be served at the Event.
The Parties therefore agree:
1. Payment Amount, on page 3 of the Agreement, is hereby amended to increase the total
amount to be expended under the remaining term of the Agreement by $2,987.28 as further
detailed in Exhibit A-1 to this First Amendment, attached hereto and incorporated by reference.
The total not -to -exceed amount of the Agreement shall be $18,724.77.
2. Except as modified by this First Amendment, all terms and conditions of the Agreement
shall remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this First Amendment to the
Agreement on the date and year first written above.
