Re: Extension of Agreement (A-2021-093) to Provide Support Services for Land
Management Svstems
Dear Mr. Huff:
Pursuant to Section 3 ("Term") of the above -referenced Agreement, entered into by Avocette
Technologies, Inc., and the City of Santa Ana, dated July 1, 2021, the commencement date for this
Agreement is hereby delayed until such date as the implementation services contemplated under
separate Agreement No. A-2021-092 are completed, or until July 1, 2024, whichever occurs earlier.
Consequently, the term of the Agreement is hereby extended for three (3) years following the date of
the completion of those implementation services contemplated under separate Agreement No.
A-2021-092 or through June 30, 2027, whichever occurs earlier. Any insurance certificates are
required to be extended and/or renewed to cover this extension. All other terms and conditions of
the Agreement remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
