Pursuant to Section lb of Agreement Number A-2021-089-03 ('Agreement') between the City of
Santa Ana (`City") and you dated June 15, 2021 for temporary special exhibits as needed for the
Santa Ana Zoo (`Zoo"), you (doing business as Spineless Wonders)( -SW") shall provide,
construct, and build a vestibule extension to the existing seasonal butterfly exhibit at the Zoo as
described in more detail in Exhibit A to this Letter by July 1, 2023. Compensation for the
services contemplated by this Letter shall not exceed Forty Thousand, Three Hundred Fifty Dollars
and Zero Cents ($40,350.00). This sum is comprised of (1) a base amount of $37,850.00 and (2)
a contingency amount of $2,500.00 to be used at the sole discretion of the City for unanticipated
items that may come up during installation or operation.

Below is the proposal to add a vestibule extension to your existing butterfly
exhibit.
Please do not hesitate to reach out with questions or clarifications.
SERVICE PERFORMANCE
Goods and Services to be provided by Spineless Wonders:
6' x 12' vestibule - galvanized steel structure.
All necessary vestibule hardware, aluminum channel, wiggle wire, etc.
+ Zoomesh to cover additional vestibule space.
Doors will match existing doors installed by Spineless Wonders. Doors
are commercial metal doors with glass inserts fabricated by CDF.
• Door hardware and trim components.
Concrete floor in vestibule.
Commercial grade misting system installed around entire length of exhibit
with filter and pump. Extra parts will be supplied.
Shipping of all materials.
• Hotel and travel covered by SW.
• Contingency for other materials and services of $2,500.00 included,
Exact date of installation to be scheduled between SW and SAZ.
Total cost of above: $37,850,00 with a $2,500.00 cont!gency. Total cost of
$40,350,00.
