SPECIAL ENTERTAINMENT EQUIPMENT FOR OUTDOOR PARK EVENTS

(�rivutl R.�W g, THIS FIRST AMENDMENT to the above -referenced agreement is entered into on June 27, 2023, by
and between Train Party Express ("Contractor") and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and
municipal corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California
("City„ ).

eat A. The parties entered into Agreement No. N-2023-144 ("Agreement") dated June 5, 2023, to
provide equipment and services for various City events, including the Summer Splash Day
12 Camp Event on June 13, 2023, and other events as directed by the City.
B. The Agreement was entered into with Train Party Express, LLC, a California limited liability
company. The Agreement term runs until June 30, 2024 and the Agreement is current and in
effect.
C. The parties now wish to amend the Agreement to revise the Contractor's corporate name. No
other changes are contemplated by this Amendment.
The Parties therefore agree:
1. The Contractor's corporate name is amended to Train Party Express, Inc., a California Corporation.
All services provided by Contractor, and compensated by the City under the terms of this Agreement,
shall also include services provided under the name of Giganto Games.
2. Except as modified by this First Amendment, all terms and conditions of the Agreement shall
remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this First Amendment to the
Agreement on the date and year first written above.
