Authorize the Executive Director of the Housing Authority to execute a First Amendment to the HUD-VASH Special Fees Agreement with the Orange County United Way to extend the Agreement for an additional two-year term from July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2025, subject to non -substantive changes approved by the Executive Director of the Housing Authority and Authority General Counsel. 2. Adopt a resolution approving the Fiscal Year 2023-24 Housing Authority Annual Plan and authorize the Executive Director of the Housing Authority to submit the Annual Plan to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
