Pursuant to Section I.B. ("Amount of Grant/Term and Quarterly Disbursement") of the above -
referenced Agreement, entered into by Orange County Asian Pacific Islander Community Alliance and
the City of Santa Ana, dated July 1, 2021, the term of the Agreement is hereby extended for an
additional six (6) month period until December 31, 2023. Any insurance certificates are required to be
extended and/or renewed to cover this extension. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement
remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
