CS• h OyosRt)VAThis addendum to the DOJ-Sexual Assault Evidence Submission Grant 2019-2020 Memorandum of
Understanding (MOU) is to update the expiration date of the MOU between the California Department of
Justice (DOJ) and the Santa Ana Police Department. The DOJ provides reimbursement to grant award
recipients for the purpose of submitting and testing untested sexual assault evidence.

co The purpose of this addendum is to change the expiration date to June 30, 2025 for expenditure of funds
as outlined in the appropriation language in the Budget Act of 2022.
i 7 Upon agreement and signature of all parties, this addendum will become part of the existing MOU
between the DOJ and the Santa Ana P e Department, and it will remain in effect until June 30, 2025.
