Pursuant to Section 3 ("Tenn") of the above referenced Agreement, entered into by Romo
Enterprises, Inc., dba Orange County Maintenance Services and the City of Santa Ana, dated September 1,
2021, the time -period for said Agreement is hereby extended for the single one (1) year period also provided
by Section 3, through August 31, 2024. Any insurance certificates are required to be extended and/or
renewed to cover this extension. All other terms and conditions of said Agreement remain unchanged and
in full force and effect.
