Re: Second Extension of Consultant Agreement between City of Santa Ana and
RSG, Inc. #A-2021-192-01
Pursuant to Section 3 ("Term") of the above -referenced Agreement, entered into by RSG,
Inc. and the City of Santa Ana, dated October 28, 2021, which was amended by the parties on
September 6, 2022 (#A-2022-171), the time period of the Agreement, as amended, is hereby
extended for an additional one-year period through September 6, 2024. This shall be the last
extension option authorized under Section 3, Term. Any insurance certificates are required to be
extended and/or renewed to cover this extension. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement,
as amended, remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
