Re: Extension to Agreement (#A-2018-299) to Provide 9-1-1 Emergency Transportation
Services
Dear Yann Hedoux,
Pursuant to Section 4.c. ("Term") of the above referenced Agreement, entered into between CARE
Ambulance Service, Inc., and the City of Santa Ana, dated December 18, 2018, the time period of the
Agreement is hereby extended for an additional three (3) year period through December 31, 2026. All other
terms and conditions of the Agreement remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
