Subject:Item 28- execute first amendments to the agreements with AV consultants.
Good day,
I would like to express opposition to item 28- execute first amendments to the agreements with Dynamic Video
Communications, LLC, TV Pro Gear, Inc., and Video Engineering Services.
Actually, the 3 consultants mentioned in the title of the item are compensated from a shared aggregate of
$200,000.
They want to extend the contract and remove any competition at a top dollar rate for the next year.
I have worked in the Audio Visual industry for over 15 years, including 5-star hotels like Montage (Laguna
Beach-Beverly Hills) and Pelican Hill (Newport Coast), and those compensation numbers do NOT make any
sense.
Please let the contract expire, and accept new bids and proposals (RFP?) for anybody to apply.
