Re: Extension to Agreement (#A-2021-014) to Provide Tax Revenue Auditing, Reporting, and
Monitoring Services
Dear Mr. Barkman,
Pursuant to Section 3-1 ("Term of the Agreement') of the above referenced Agreement, entered into
between Avenu Insights and the City of Santa Ana, dated January 19, 2021, the time period of the
Agreement is hereby extended for an additional one (1) year period through January 31, 2025. All other
terms and conditions of the Agreement remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
