I write as a Ward 5 resident in favor of the two items. Both Lydia Romero-Cruz and Josephine "Chepa"
Andrade deserve commemoration in the Logan neighborhood and everyone should know about these very two
women (and their families) who were and remain very important in the History of Santa Ana.
