Subject: ITEM 22 — Proposed Resolution on Israel -Gaza Issue.
First off, I'm pleased to see a contract awarded to Guaranty Chevrolet. I wish the other two contracts
on the agenda were awarded within the City as well.
AGENDA ITEM 22:
Exhibit 1, page 1: Initial term is for 5 years with automatic renewal under certain conditions. Staff
report says the initial term is for 3 years with he option to extend for a two year term. My question:
Is the approval for $500,000 covering 3 years or 5 years. It should be written so it's clear to all. By
the way $500,000 seems like a nice round number. Curious to its orgin.

ParkMobile, LLC is for an amount of up to $500,000 for a three-year term with an option
to extend for two additional years.
Exhibit 1 states, "ParkMobile will use commercially reasonable efforts to schedule downtime for
routine maintenance of the Services between the hours of 12:00 a.m. and 4:00 am, Eastern Time;"
Perhaps this document was not written for a west coast application. It should be changed if the City
intends to use the meters after 9 p.m. PST.
4.1 Scheduled Maintenance. ParkMobile will use

AGENDA ITEM 31: City Net Street Outreach and Engagement Services
The idea of helping people is good. Is this program worth over 3 % million? Or can it be reallocated
into program that obtains a better result?
