Re: Extension to Agreement (#N-2023-161) to Provide Optimization Evaluations for
Emergency Medical Services
Dear Mr. Henke,
Pursuant to Section 3 ("Term") of the above referenced Agreement, entered into between AP Triton,
LLC and the City of Santa Ana, dated June 13, 2023, the term of the Agreement is hereby extended
for an additional one (1) year period through December 31, 2024. All other terms and conditions of the
Agreement remain unchanged and in full force and effect. If you have any questions regarding this
matter, please contact Alejandra Gutierrez, Treasury and Customer Service Manager in the Finance &
Management Services Agency at (714) 647-5497.
