Re: Extension to Agreement (No. N-2023-249) for a Masonry Wall Project at Memorial Park
Dear Ms. Zarate:
Pursuant to Section 3 ("Term") of the above referenced Agreement, entered into between National Pools,
Inc. and the City of Santa Ana, dated September 14, 2023, the parties hereby agree to exercise both optional
extension periods and extend the term of the Agreement for an additional 90-day period through March 13,
2024. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
