PURSUANT TO GOVERNMENT CODE § 54955.1, notice is hereby given that the City
Council of the City of Santa Ana continued the public hearing originally heard on
February 20, 2024 to March 19, 2024 to consider adopting a resolution adjusting the City
Sanitation Services User Charge effective July 1, 2024, July 1, 2025, July 1, 2026, July
1, 2027, and July 1, 2028 (Non -General Fund).
RESOLUTION NO. 2024-XXX entitled A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA ADJUSTING THE RATE OF THE SANITATION SERVICES
USER CHARGE FOR ROADWAY CLEANING AND ENVIRONMENTAL SANITATION
SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
The matter will be considered on March 19, 2024 at 5:30 P.M., or as soon thereafter as
the matter may be heard, in the City Council Chamber, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana,
California. Members of the public may attend this meeting in -person or join via
Zoom. For the most up to date information on how to participate in this meeting, please

Note: If you challenge the decision on the above matter, you may be limited to raising
only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this
