Re: Extension to Agreement (#A-2021-018) to Provide Engineering Consulting Services
for the Standard Avenue Protected Bike Lane Project
Pursuant to Section 3 ("Term") ofthe above referenced Agreement, entered into between Mark Thomas
& Company, Inc. and the City of Santa Ana, dated February 2, 2021, the parties hereby agree to extend
the term of the Agreement through February 1, 2025. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement
remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
