TELECONFERENCE INFORMATION:
Pursuant to Government Code Section 54953(b), Mayor Pro Tern Lopez will participate in the meeting via
teleconference from Mayan Palace Riviera Maya Carretera Federal Kilomentro 48, Municipio de
Solidaridad, Playa del Carmen Quintana Roo, Mexico, 77710. The Agenda will be posted at the
teleconference location and any member of the public wishing to address the legislative body directly may
do so at the teleconference location pursuant to Government Code Section 54954.3.

MINUTES: None.
PUBLIC COMMENTS — Members of the public may address Housing Authority on items
on the Housing Authority agenda.
MINUTES: No public comments were received regarding the Special Housing Authority
agenda.
CONSENT CALENDAR
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve staff recommendations on the following
Consent Calendar Items: 1 through 3.
MINUTES: At 8:07 P.M., the Consent Calendar was considered.
MOTION: Authority Member Hernandez moved to approve staff recommendations
on the following Consent Calendar Items: 1 through 3, seconded by Authority
Member Penaloza.
The motion carried, 6-0-1, by the following roll call vote:
