Re: Extension to Agreement (# N-2023-033) for a Recreation Services Agreement for the
Galactic Sports Program
Dear Ms. Ribes:
Pursuant to Section 3 ("Term") of the above referenced Agreement, entered into between Gasol Foundation
and the City of Santa Ana, dated January 31, 2023, the parties hereby agree to extend the term of the
Agreement through December 31, 2024. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain
unchanged and in full force and effect.
