Pursuant to Section 5 ("Term') of the above -referenced Lease Agreement, entered into by Pacific Coast
Shuttles, LLC, a California limited liability company dba Future Bus Net, Inc., a California Corporation
and the City of Santa Ana, dated October 17, 2023, the time period of the Lease Agreement is hereby
extended for an additional one-year period, from May 1, 2024 through April 30, 2025. Any insurance
certificates are required to be extended and/or renewed to cover this extension. All other terms and
conditions of the Lease Agreement remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
