Dear City Council,
I write in support of the item. However, I want to note that the prices being advertised for the luxury townhomes
to eventually be sold at this site (https://www.tollbrothers.com/luxury-homes-for-sale/California/717-Lyon) are
not going to be affordable for the vast majority of renters and current homeowners in Santa Ana.
I suppose though that high real estate sales prices means higher tax revenues to help make up for the looming
fiscal cliff when measure X expires, eh?
