On March 16, 2021, the City of Santa Ana entered into the above referenced Agreement (A-2021-
036-03) with Envise. On July 21, 2022, Southland Industries announced its brand consolidation
with Envise. Pursuant to Section 15, Assignment, City acknowledges the acquisition and the City
will refer to Southland Industries, Inc, as the Contractor, in any future correspondence or matters
regarding the Agreement.
Pursuant to Section 3 ("Term") of the above -referenced Agreement, the time period of the
Agreement is hereby extended for an additional one (1) year period until March 31, 2025. Any
insurance certificates are required to be extended and/or renewed to cover this extension. All other
terms and conditions of the Agreement remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
