RECITALS A. The parties entered into Agreement No. A-2023-080 ("Agreement") dated April 18, 2023, to accept a donation of STEM-focused amenities from UCI at City parks. B. On November 8, 2023,the parties entered into First Amendment No. A-2023-080-01 to extend the term of the Agreement until June 30,2024. C. The Agreement is in full force and effect through June 30, 2024. D. Due to unforeseen supply issues,the parties now wish to amend the Agreement to extend the term. The Parties therefore agree: 1. Section 3,Term, is hereby extended until June 30, 2025,unless terminated earlier in accordance with Section 12 of the Agreement. 2. Except as modified by this Second Amendment all terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
