HomeMy WebLinkAbout1343ORDINANCE NO. 1343 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA ADOPTING THE "SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE," AND REPEALING ORDINANCES WHICH ARE OBSOLETE OR HAVE BEEN CODIFIED IN SAID CODE OR ARE IN CONFLICT WITH SAID CODE. The City Council of the City of Santa Ana does ordain as follows: SECTION 1. That certain document entitled "Santa Ana Municipal Code", three copies of which have been filed in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Santa Ana on the 18th day of A~il , 19 52 , for examination by the public~ hereby is adopted as a comprehensive ordinance code of all of the regulatory and penal and certain of the administrative ordinances of the City of Santa Ana, pursuant to the provisions of Sections 569?0 and 36971 of the Government Code of the State of California. SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published three times in the Santa ~na Register, a newspaper printed, published and circulated in the City of Santa Ana and hereby designated for that purpose.
