ANA MUNICIPAL CODE PROVIDING PARKING LIMITATIONS
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ~NTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That article III, Chapter 2, Section 3216 of
the Santa Ann Municipal Code be and the same is hereby amended to
read as follows:
"SECTION 3216. Limited or No Parking Signs.
"The Council may, by Resolution, prohibit all parking,
prohibit parking during certain hours, or prohibit parking in
excess of twelve minutes, twenty-four minutes, one hour, or
two hours between 7 A. M. and 6 P. M. of any day 'excepting
Sundeys and holidays on any streets in the City outside of
Central Traffic Districts A and B and when the same has been
done, no operator of any vehicle shall park said vehicle adja-
cent to or opposite any curb in any block in which two or more
signs are posted indicating any such parking prohibition or
limitation and leave said vehicle parked in violation of the
prohibition or limitation indicated on such signs and the
driver of any vehicle violating the provisions of this Section
by parking in excess of the maximum legal parking time allowed
is guilty of a further and separete violation for each period
of time, equal to the maximum legal parking time as designated
by the Council and shown on such signs, that the vehicle is
le~t so parked."
PASSED AMD ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ann at its regular meeting held on the 18~h day of
1953.
