V~S, the Pla~ing Commission of the City of Santa Ann ~as
given notice of public hearings as required by law in connection
with an application for change of District classification to cover
the proper{y herein described and has duly held two public h~rings
upon the question of such change and thereafter, by Resolution No.
53& reco~ended the change hereinbelow set out to the City Council
for adoption; and
V~S, t~e City Council gave due and regular notice of public
hearing and such public hearing has been regularly held and the Coun-
cil does now find that public necessity, convenience, and general
welfare require the following amen~ent and change in the present
classification of the real property hereinafter described and taat
the uses under the proposed new classification will not be detrimen-
tal to the surrounding property;
NOW, T~REFO~, THE CITY COUNCIL 0F T~ CITY OF SA~A .~NA DOES
ORDAE~S FO~OWS:
SECTION 1. That the real property lying in the City of Santa
Ann, County of Orange, State of California described as:
Lots 10, ll and 12 in Block J of Tract No. 252, as per
map thereof recorded in BooE 13, Page 33, Miscellaneous
Maps, Records of Orange County, California,
be reclassified from R-2 (Limited-~ultiple Residence District) to the
C-1 (Neighborhood Co~ercial District) and that Sheet N~ber 42 of
the D~stricting Map of Article ~ of the Santa ~a Municipal Code be
~ended to show such reclassification.
SECTION 2. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to the pas-
sage of this Ordinance and shall ceuse the same to be published with-
in 15 days after its adoption, in one issue of the Santa Ann Independent,
the official newspaper of the City. This Ordinance shall take effect
30 d~ys from and ~ter the date of its final adoption.
