MUNICIPAL CODE PRESCRIBING BONDS FOR CITY OFFICIALS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Section 2250 of Chapter 2 of Article II of
the Oanta Aha Municipal Code be and the same is hereby amended to
read as follows:
"SECTION 2250. Bonds of Officers.
"Officers' bonds in favor of the City are required of
the following named Officers to guarantee the faithful
performance of their duties and their honesty in the amounts
hereinafter indicated:
City Manager
Director of Finance
City Treasurer
Director of Public Works
SECTION 2.
Director of Building and Housing
Purchasing Agent
The Clerk of the Council shall certify to

the pas-
sage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published with-
in.15 days after its adoption, in one issue of the Santa Ana Inde-
pendent, the official newspaper of the City. This Ordinance shall
take effect 30 days from and after the date of its final adoption.
