ANA NUNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION ON
AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. 303 AND TO AMEND SECTIONAL
DISTRICT NAP 30-5-9
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given notice of and
duly held a public hearing on amendment application No. 303,
initiated by said Commission, and recommended the changes in
district classification hereinbelow set out; and
WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing
on said question and does now find that public necessity, conven-
ience and general welfare require the following amendments, and
that the uses under the new classifications will not be detrimental
to the surrounding property;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the psrc$1s of real property in the City
of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, bounded as
follows:
Parcel 1. Beginning at a point on the South line of Dyer
~-~-~-~ feet East of the center line of Main Street;
thence ~ast 330 feet; theqc~ South 536.60 feet; thence west
3~0 ~et;.thence North 53b.b0 feet to the point of beginning.
Parcel 2. Beginning at the intersection of the center line
of Main Street with the Westerly extension of the South
line of Dyer Road; thence East 998.90 feet to the true point
of beginning; thence East 330 feet; thence South 668.53
feet; thence West 330 feet; thence North 668.53 feet to
the true point of beginning;
are hereby reclassified from the
