9150, PAR~ 2, cHAPTER 1, ARTICLE IX OF SANTA ANA ~UN~GIPAL
CODE
~THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the public peace, health, safety, comfort,
convenience, interest and welfare require and there are hereby
established, setback lines upon and along each side of East First
Street in Santa Ann, as hereinbelow set out, all in accordance with
the Notice contained in Resolution No. 53-179.
SECTION 2. That Sub-paragraph (f) of Section 9150 of Part 2,
Chapter l, Article IX of the Santa Ann ~unicipal Code be and it is
hereby amended to read as follows:
"(f) East First Street from the ~esterly side of the
A. T. & S. F. railroad tracks to the Easterly City Limits on
both sides, &2 feet from the surveyed center line of said
Street."
SECTION 3. The Clerk of the Council s~lall certify to the pas-
sage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published
within 15 days after its adoption, in one issue of the Santa Ann In-
dependent, the official newspaper of the City. This Ordinance shell
take effect 30 days from and after the date of its final adoption.
