BOUNDARIES AND AMENDING 8H.:~.T NO. 48 of T~E DISTRICT-
ING MAP TO SHOW '±'~ ~ECIASSIFIOATION
~ the Planning Commission of Santa Aha has given notice of and
duly held two public hearings in connection with au application for change of
District Classification and by Resolution No. 666 reconm~nded to the City
Council the change requested and that a setback line be established 150 feet
from the center line of Delhi Road, and
WHEREAS, the City Council gave due notice of and regularly held a
public hearing on said application and does now find that public necessity~
convenience and general welfare require the following amendment and building
setback line and that the uses under the new classification will not be detri-
mental to the surrounding property.
NOW~ 'J!HK~ISltE~ THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Santa Aha, County of
Orange, State of California, described as:
A portion of Section 25, T. 5 S., R. lO W., S.B.B.&M., be-
ginning at a point in the North line of said Section 25, distant
thereon 990.00 feet westerly from the northeast corner thereof;
thence N. 89° 22' lO" W. along said North line 1588.O0'; thence
S. 0° 39' 45" W. 3058.2?'; thence N. 60° 53' 30" E. 1829.45';
thence N. 0° 39' 45" E. 2150.78'; to the point of beginning~
be reclassified from R-1 District to the M-1 District and that Sheet No. 48
of the Di$~=icting Map of Article IX of the Santa Aha Municipal Code be pre-
pared to show such reclassification and to show a building setback line 100
feet southerly from the center line of Delhi Road.
SECTION 2. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to the passage of
this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published, within 15 days after
its adoption, in one issue of the Santa Ana Independent. This Ordinance shall
take its effect 30 days from and after the date of its adoption.
