AMENDING $~t.?~ NO. 31 OF '£~ DISTRICTING MAP TO ~HOW
~EOLASSIFICATION
WHE~, the Planning Coma1 ssion of Santa Aha has given notice of and
duly held two public hearings in connection with an application for change of
District Classification and by Resolution No. 708 recommended to the City Council
the change requested; and
WHEREAS, the City Council gave due notice of and regularly held a public
hearing on said application and does now find that public necessity, convenience
and general welfare require the following amendment and that the uses under the
new classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding property.
NOW, '£n~FORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF .£.w. CITY OF SANTA ANA DC~S ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS.'
SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Santa Ana, County of
Orange, State of California, described as:
Lots 33 through 47, both inclusive, in Block A, Tract No. 531~
as shown on a map thereof, recorded in Book 18, Pages 2 and 3, Mis-
cellaneoue Maps, Records of said Orange County,
be reclassified from R-2 District to the C-2 District and that Sheet No. 31 of the
Districting Mapof Article IX of the Santa An~ Municipal Code be amended to show
such- reclassification.
SECTION 2. The Clerk of the Council shal 1 certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and sbal 1 cause the same to be published within 15 days after its adoption,
in one issue of the Santa An~ Independent. This Ordi~-~ce sb-ll take effect 30 days
from and after the date of its adoption.

regular meeting held on the 6th day of December , 195h.
