NS-77 AMENDING ARTICLE IX OF THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE CREATING CHANGES IN DISTRICT BOUNDARIES AND AMENDING SHEET NO. 39 OF THE DISTRICTING MAP TO SHOW THE RECLASSIFICATION W~EREAS, the Planning Commission of Sant~ Ana has given notice of and duly held two public hearings in connection with an application for change of District Classification and by Resolution No. 721 recon~mended to the City Council the change requested; and WHEHEAS, the City Council gave due notice of and regularly held a public hearing on said application and does now find that public necessity, convenience and general welfare require the following amendment and that the uses under the new classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding property. NOW~ THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Santa ~lla, County of Orange, State of California, described as: Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4 of Tract No. 2011 as shown on a map recorded in Book 57, pa~e 44, Miscellaneous Maps, Official Records of said Orange County, be reclassified from R-3 District to the P District and that Sheet No. 39 of the Districting Ma%p of A~ticle IX of the Santa Ana Municipal Code be amended to show such reclassification. SECTION 2. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the s~une to be published, within 15 days after its adoption~ in one issue of the Santa Aha Independent. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from and after the d~te of its adoption.
