MUNICIPAL CODE C~---~G CHANGES IN DISTRICT BOUNDARIES AND
AMENDING S~T NO. 18 OF THE DISTRICTING MAP TO SHOW THE RE-
CLASSIFICATION
WHEEEAS, the Planning Commission of Santa Aha has given notice of
and duly held two public hearings in connection with an application for
change of District Classification and by Resolution No. 731 recon~ended to
the City Council the change requested; and
~.~%S, the City Council gave due notice of and regularly held a
public hearing on said application and does now find that public necessity,
convenience and general welfare require the following amendment and that the
uses under the new classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding
property.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Santa Aha, County of
Orange, State of California, described as:
The north 120 feet of the east 460 Feet of the west 580 feet
measured to the center line of Bristol Street, of Lot 6 of the Bates
Tract, in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California,
as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book l, at page 95 of Miscellaneous
Record Maps, records Of said Orange County, excepting that portion of
22nd Street as shown on a Map recorded in Book 28, page 42~ Records of
Survey filed in the office of the County Recorder of Orange County,
California~
be reclassified from R-1 District to the R-2 District and that the Districting
Map of Article IX of the Santa Aha Municipal Code be amended to show such re-
classification by amending Sheet No. 18 thereof.
SECTION 2. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and s~ll cause the same to be published, within 15 days after its
adoption~ in one issue of the Santa Aha Independent. This Ordinance shall take
effect 30 days from and after the date of its adoption.
