BOTH SIDES OF-'~ AVenUE BETWEEN WASHINGTON AVENUE
AND THE SANTA ANA F~EEWAY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the public peace, health, safety, comfort, convenience,
interest and welfare require and there are hereby established, setbac~ lines as
hereinbelow set out, all in accordance with the Notice contained in Resolution
No. 55-175.
SECTION 2. That a new Sub-paragraph (s) be added to Section 9150 of
Part 2, Chapter 1, Article IX of the Santa Aha Mumicipal Code to read as follows:
"(s) Santiago Avenue on both sides, between Washington Avenue and
the Santa Aha Freeway~ 35 feet from the center line measured
at right angles."
SECTION 3. That Ordinance No. 1325 is hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published with&n 15 days after its
adoption, in one issue of the Santa Aha Independent. This Ordinance shall ta~e
effect 30 days from and after the d ate of its adoption.

1955, and was again considered by said Council at its regular meeting held on the
1st day of Amgast , 1955, and was at said meeting regularly passed
an~ adopted by said Council by the following vote, to-wit:
