MUNICIPAL CODE CREATING CHANGES l~ DISTRICT BOUNDARIES AND A~NDING
SHEET NO. 33 OF THE DISTRICTING MAP TO SHOW THE RECLASSIFICATION
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of Santa Ana has given notice of and duly
held two public hearings in connection with an application for chauge of District
Classification and bY Resolution No. 831 recommended to the City Council the
change requested; and
WHEREAS, the City Council gave due notice of and regularly held a public
hearing on said application and does now find that public necessity, convenience
and general welfare require the following amendment and that the uses under the
new classification will not be detrimental to the surrounding property.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA Ai~A DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Santa Ana, County of
Orange, State of California, described as:
A portion of Lot 1, Tract 905, beginning 70' South of the
Southwest Corner of Lot 2 of said Tract; extending South 110';
thence East 108.60'; thence North 110,; thence West 108.60' to
the point of beginning,
be reclassified from R-2 to C-2 District and that Sheet No. 33 of tD~ Districting
Map of Article IX of the Santa Aha Municipal Code be amended to shew such re-
classification.
SECTION 2. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published, within 15 days after its
adoption, in one issue of the Santa Aha Independent. This Ordinance shall ta~e
effect 30 days from and after the date of its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at its
regular meeting held on the 15th day of AuSmst , 1955.
