MUNICIPAL COD~ CREATING CHANGES IN DISTRICT BOUNDARIES AND
~,~NDIi~ SHEET NO. 4~ OF THE DISTRICTING MAP TO SHOW THE RE-
CLASSIFICATION
WtTEREAS, the Planning Commission of Santa Aha has given notice
of and duly held two public hearings in connection with an applica-
tion for change of District Classification and by Resolution No.
recommended to the City Council the change requested; and
WHEREAS, the City Council gave due notice of and regularly held
a public hearing on said application and does now find that public
necessity, convenience and general welfare require the following amend-
ment and that the uses under the new classification will not be detri-
mental to the surrounding property.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOW'S:
SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Santa Aha,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
Beginning at the Southwest Corner of Delhi Road and
Halladay ~treet; thence South 406.6,; thence West 29~';
thence South 310'; thence West along the North line of
Central Avenue ~89.~'; thence North 14?,~O,;thence
East 13~.63'; thence North ~69.16'; thence ~ast along
the South line of Delhi Road 749.4 ', to the point of
beginning,
be reclassified from R-1 District to the C-2 District and that Sheet
No. 43 of the Districting Nap of Article IX of the Santa Ana Municipal
Code be amended to show such reclassification.
SECTION 2. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to the pas-
sage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published, with-
in l~ days after its adoption, in one issue of the Santa Ana Independent.
This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from and after the date of
its adoption.
