SANTA ANA MUNI~iPAL CODE CREATING CHANGES IN DISTRICT
BOUNDARIES AND AMENDING SHEETS NO. 52 and NO. 63 OF
THE DISTRICTING R{AP TO SHOW THE RECLASSIFICATION
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of Santa Aha has given notice
of and duly held two public hearings in connection with Amendment Ap-
plication No. 191 for change of District Classification, and recom-
mended to the City Council the change requested; and
WHEREAS, the City Council gave due notice of and regularly
held a public hearing on said application and does now find that pub-
lic necessity, convenience and general welfare require the following
amendment; that the uses under the new classification will not be
detrimental to the surroundi~ property; and that only that portion
of the property described in the application for change of District
Classification hereinbelow described be reclassified,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Santa Aha,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
That portion of the West half of Section 25, Township 5
South, Range l0 West, S.B.B.&M., described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the center line of Bristol Street,
80.00 feet in width~ as described in Deed to Orange County,
recorded June l, 1949 in Book 1851, page 303 of Official
Records, distant South 0° 53' 33" West 1540.02 feet from
the Northwest corner of said Section 25; thence South
89° 22' 10" East 415.71 feet to the beginning of a tangent
curve, concave Northerly having a radius ofb00.O0 feet;
thence easterly along said curve through a central angle
of 7° 42, 10" a distance of 80.66 feet; thence South
0° 38' 16" West 785.77 feet; thence North 89° 22' 10"
West 495.24 feet to the center line of said Bristol Street;
thence North 0° 53' 33" East 780.00 feet to the point of
beginning.
EXCEPTING therefrom all that portion of said land lying
Westerly of the Westerly line of said Section 25,
be reclassified from R-1 District to the C-2-PK District; and that
Sheets No. 52 and No. 63 of the Districting Map of Article IX of the
Santa Ana ~unicipal Code be amended to show such reclassification.
SECTION 2. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to the
passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published
within 15 days after its adoption in one issue of the Santa Aha
Independent. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from and
after the date of its adoption.
