SANTA ANA MUNI~~-~ CREATING CHANGES IN DISTRICT
BOUNDARIES AND AMENDING S~TS NOS. i AND 2 OF
DISTRICTING MAP TO SHOW THE RECLASSIFICATION
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of Santa Ana has given
notice of and duly held two public hearings in connection with
Amendment Application No. 194 for change of District Classifica-
and recommended to the City Council the change requested;

WHEREAS, the City Council gave due notice of and regularly
held a public hearing on said application and does now find that
public necessity, convenience and general welfare require the fol-
lowing amendment and that the uses under the new classification
will not be detrimental to the surrounding property$
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF 'A~l~ CITY OF $~TA ANA
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the real property in the City of Santa Aha,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
That area bounded on the east by Bush Street, on the
south by a line parallel with and 140.00 feet northerly
from the north line of Seventeenth Street, on the north
by the S.P.R.R. right-of-way and on the west by the
alley which runs north and south between Main and Bush
Streets
be reclassified from R-2 District to P-PK District and that Sheets
Nos. i and 2 of the Districting Map of Article IX of the Santa Aha
Municipal Code be amended to show such reclassification.
SECTION 2. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to the
passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published
within 15 days after its adoption in one issue of the Santa Ana
Independent. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from and
after the date of its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 17th
1956.
