BOTH SIDES OF CYPRESS AVENUE SOUT~ OF GOETZ AVENI~E
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN~A ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the public peace, health, safety, comfort,
convenience, interest and welfare require and there are hereby
established, setback lines as hereinbelow set out, all in accordance
with the Notice contained in Resolution No. 56-287.
SECTION 2. That a new Sub-paragraph (u) be added to Section
9150 of Part 2, Chapter l, Article IX of the Santa Ana Municipal
Code to read as follows:
"(u) 0ypress Avenue, on both sides, from Goetz Avenue on
the North to an unnamed street on the South, a distance
of approxfm, tely ~00 feet, 30 feet from the center
line measured at right angles.
SECTION 3. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to the
passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published with-
in 15 days after its adoption, in one issue of the Santa Aha Independent.
This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from and after the date of
its adopt ion.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE City CounCil of the City of SantaAna
at its regul~ r .meeting held on the 7th day of January , 1957.
