IX OF THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE CREAT-
ING CHANGES IN DISTRICT BOUNDARIES, AND
AMENDING SHEETS NO. 4 AND 7 OF ~ DISTRICT-
ING MAP TO SHOW THE RECLASSIFICATION
WHEREAS, the Pla~ming Commtesion of SantaAna has given notice
of and duly held a public hearing in connection with Amendment No.
204 initiated by said Co~.~ssion for change of District Classifi-
cation, and recommended to the City Council the change herein
set out; and
WHEREAS, the City Council gave due notice of and regularly
held a public hearing on said application and does now find that
public necessity, convenience and general welfare require the
following amendment and that the uses under the new classification
will not be detrimental to the surrounding property;
NOW, ~FOEE, THE CITY COUNCIL OP THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the real property in' the City of Santa Aha,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
Lots 7, 8, 9, lC, I~l and 12 in Block D of Porter Spurgeon &
Blee's Addition; Lots 7, 8, 9, lC, ll and the south one-half
of Lot 6 in Block A of Porter Spurgeon & Blee's Addition;
Lots 8, 9, lC, ll, 12, 13, and 14, in Block A of Halladay's
Addition.
A parcel bounded on the west by the east line of Halladay
Street, on the south by the north line of Nalnut Street, on
the north by a line parallel to .and 150 feet north of the
north line of Walnut Street, and bounded on the east by the
west line of C~dar Streett
be reclassified f~om the R-3 District to P-PI[ District and that
Sheets No. 4 AND 7 of the Districting Map of Article IX of the
Santa Aha Municipal Code be amended to show such reclassification.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. NS-215 is hereby

passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published
within 15 days after its. adoption in one issue of the Santa Arm
IndepSndent. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days from and
after the date of its adoption.
