FEES ON BUILDING~LOCATION APPLICATIONS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SA~A ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Section 8612 of Chapter 6, Article VIII of
the Santa An- Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 8612. Inspection Fees. Upon t he filing of the appli-
cation provided for in Section 8601, the applicant shall pay an
inspection fee including the mileage charge thereon as follows:
(a) If the building is to be relocated from a site within
the City the fee shall be $8.00.
(b) If the building is to be relocated from a site outside
of the City the fee shall be $10.00.
(c) In addition thereto, applicant shall pay l0 cents for
each mile of necessary travel from the City Hall to the site
of the building, and return.
Said fee and mileage charge is to cover the cost of inspecting
the building, is in addition to the charge for a building permit,
and shall not be refunded in event the relocation permit is denied."
SECTION 2. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to the pas-
sage of this Ordinance a~d shall cause the same to be published once
within 15 days of its adoption. This Ordinance shall take effect
30 days from and after the date of its adoption.
