SANTA ANA MUNIC'I~AL CODE CREATING CHANGES IN DIS-
TRICT BOUNDARIES, AND AMENDING SHEET NO. 46 OF
THE DISTRICTING MAP TO SHOW THE RECLASSIFICATION
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of Santa Ana has given notice
of and duly hel8 a public hearing in connection with Amendment No.
217 for change of District Classification, an~ recommended to the City
Council the change herein set out; and
~EREAS, the City Councl] gave due notice of and regularly held
a public hearing on said application an8 does now fin8 that public
necessity, convenience and general welfare require the following amend-
ment and that the uses under the new classification will not be detri-
mental to the surrounding property;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the real property situated at the southwest
corner of Bristol and Edinger Streets in the City of Santa Ana, County
of Orange, Stste of California, described as:
The north 6A9.gA feet of the east 331.86 feet of the
southeast one-quarter of the northeast one-quarter of
Sectlen 23-5-10, S. B. B. and M,
be reclassified from the R-1 District to C-1-PK District and that
Sheet No. a6 of the Districting Map of Article IX of the Santa Aha
Municipal Code be amended to show such reclassification.
SECTION 2. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to the pass-
age of this Ordinance and shall Cause the same to be published within
15 days after its adoption. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days
from an~ after the date of its adoption.
